Customer Responsibilities:

  • The customer must carefully read the details of each product and ensure that it matches their request as there is no refund for any product. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify (through technical support or the original subscription provider) that the product is compatible and meets their needs before making a purchase.
  • If there is any issue with the product or if it does not match the purchased description, the customer must contact the technical support team within 24 hours of receiving the product or from the time the issue occurs (for non-digital code products). We will process the request and provide a solution based on the type of warranty.
  • By submitting the order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all policies, terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
  • The customer is not allowed to use the purchased account for any product classified as "shared accounts" for games on more than one device per order.


Product Warranty and Return/Exchange Policy:

We guarantee that all products displayed in Nu8th Store comply with the specifications mentioned on the product page and that their features (at the package level) match what each provider offers. In case of any discrepancies, the warranty applies as follows:

  • If the product is classified as a "subscription" or "rental," the warranty covers the entire subscription/rental period. If the customer violates the terms stated at the time of product delivery, the warranty will be voided (without prior notice). Warranty service will first attempt to resolve the issue with the same account. If it is not possible to fix the issue, a replacement account will be provided for the remaining subscription or rental period.
  • If the product is classified as a "digital code," the warranty is valid for 24 hours and covers errors in our code delivery or if the code does not match the description provided on the product page. Customers are entitled to technical support to resolve any issues. However, they cannot request a refund or exchange for digital codes due to the nature of the product. The store is not responsible for any delays in the customer's activation of the code.
  • If the product is classified as a "permanent activation account," the warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If the customer violates the terms stated at the time of product delivery, the warranty will be voided (without prior notice). Warranty service will first attempt to resolve the issue with the same account. If it is not possible to fix the issue, a replacement account will be provided.
  • If the product is classified as a "custom service (non-subscription products requiring access to the customer's account)," the warranty covers any errors at the time of delivery. Customers have the right to request corrections to the product.
  • If the product is a "physical product" in "new" condition, the warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The customer has the right to request a return and a refund within three days of receiving the product. The refund will be processed once the product is received by the seller. If the product is in any condition other than "new," it will be inspected upon arrival, and a partial refund will be issued based on the product's condition and agreement with the customer.


Delivery Guarantee:

We are committed to delivering our products within the specified timeframe mentioned in the product description. In case of unexpected delays, the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer. The customer has the right to request a refund or exchange if the order status is "under review."
